BEWARE OF NEW OWNERS!!!!!

I had been a patient of Dr. Gardner for years and never had any issues. The work I've had done has always been done well and I was always treated with kindness and respect by the staff.

However, with Dr. Gardner now gone, this establishment has become inexcusable. For the sake of convenience, I tried my best to stick it out with the new owners, but I've finally hit my last straw! Each time I've gone in I am being pushed and "recommended" for unneeded work with a price tag 2-3 times more than other local offices are offering!!! None of the previous staff is still present that I have seen and the new workers seem very clueless and easily frustrated. Not only does the new staff lack any knowledge of longtime patients, such as myself, but I worry that whomever usually answers the phones lack any type of dental knowledge at all. Simple questions take ages to get answered and attitude is quick to come. Worst of all, this establishment has zero decency when it comes to letting patients go. After finally getting fed up, I found a new office and was told I needed to request my records from here. As soon as I informed them on the phone that I needed my records I was met with the most unprofessional display of rudeness that I have ever received from a so-called "professional" establishment. If I didn't require their cooperation to transfer to a new office, I would have hung up the phone immediately!! I am very grateful to finally be rid of this office, and urge anyone considering this location to save themselves the trouble and find elsewhere!

I recently met with Doctor Sisodia to finish up an implant.It was different to walk in Dr. Gardener's office to all new people. All the new people were nice and respectful. Dr.Sisodia was a super gentlemen and thanked me for staying with him.
The young man who did my teeth cleaning was the best I ever had. I never had my teeth cleaned without some sort of pain but with him I didn't. He slowly and methodically went to one tooth at a time, he did a great job.
I wish Dr. Gardener a happy retirement and look forward to working with Dr. Sisodia and his staff TY

I was eating a peanut in my car and happened to look up into my visor mirror and noticed the corner of my tooth had chipped. This was last Saturday. I had an immediate anxiety attack because I knew Dr. Gardener was closed until the following Monday. I was scheduled for tons of Zooms on Monday and I was horrified of someone seeing my mouth with a corner missing ?. I called at 8 AM on Monday and confirmed an appointment for Tuesday 9 am. I was sitting in my car at their front door at 8 AM. Dr. Gardener had my tooth looking pretty in 20 minutes. No needle, no pain, no screaming. He matched the color and tolerates my dental phobia. All I could say when it was over and I saw my smile in the mirror was, "I you!" ?

Dr Gardner was amazing with me. I had three cavities and was VERY anxious about having them filled. He did a great job keeping me as calm as possible and doing his best to explaining step by step what was happening. He was great!!

Sad to say I haven’t been to the dentist in years! Bad experience with last dentist! I was worried that since it had been years the next dentist might take it as an opportunity to list a bunch of work needed and could justify the work needed due to my lack of dental work over the years. I chose this office based on Dr. Gardener being board certified and other reviews stating Dr. Gardener didn’t see you as a money pit and everyone was right!!! I was told about gum health and what he found regarding my gum health. He found that I need a few fillings done and or repaired and took the time to show me how to properly floss and use the electronic toothbrush which I did purchase because it worked wonders!! After my cleaning it looks like I have a brand new set of teeth!!!!! I wish I had taken before and after pictures! Receptionist and dental assistant were perfect and the dental office space is very clean! I love that that there is parking behind the building since the office is across the street from a high school which can make parking rough on a school day. I look forward to my next visit! So glad I found Dr Gardeners office!
