Can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chang and his practice. I just had a cosmetic revision of my earlobes that have always made me self conscious. Dr. Chang did an excellent job…such a good eye. The ears are even, you can’t even tell I had anything done! I am so pleased…for the first time I can have a short haircut and be happy to have my beautiful ears showing! He is warm and kind and professional….and he does exactly as you ask. I highly recommend him!

Aesthetica has been a disappointed.

I’ve been using Dr. Chang’s services for almost 12 years- Radiance MedSpa (Landsdowne and Ashburn) and now the defunct Medi-Weightloss (Landsdowne).

Their customer service and appreciation had always been a driving force for me being a loyal customer, given the numerous options available in the DMV area.

I purchased Aesthetica’s max 20 at $450 vitamin shot package, with the incentive that they would be available for same day appointments.

As it turns out, they have very restrictive operating hours and are only available Monday- Thursday with very full schedules- administering vitamin shots not being high priority.

After several attempts to get in for the shots (after 13), I asked for a refund for the remainder (7).

After waiting a week while the Assistant Manager was on vacation, she called me to let me know I could only be refunded $10, also chiding me for having “several no shows”.

I reminded her what the flyer says (see below) and let her know that was never the case in my experience and the reason it was such a struggle for me to get in for the shots.

She seemed to suggest that same day appointments weren’t actually an option. When I let her know that Radiance MedSpa did allow for me to get same day shots, she was surprised. The only reason I sought them out was because they provided more than just B12 shots that Radiance was able to provide.

In any case, after spending $450 for the package her remedy was to offer a $10 refund, after telling me her credit card transaction fee for my package purchase was $50.

Very poor customer appreciation. I couldn’t even get one vitamin shot with that $10 refund. They charge $30.

I guess they will pocket my remaining 7 shots and I will take my business elsewhere.

Wish I could give Dr Chang 100 stars!! He is such an amazing surgeon, kind, listens, helps manage post surgery expectations. I had extensive body work done and I feel like he has given my life back to me. I have not looked, felt so good or had so much confidence in myself since my 30s (now 65). When I first saw my post surgery body I cried tears of happiness. Thanks to Dr. Chang I can run, play hockey and golf without wearing 3 bras so I am able to stay active. My neck and shoulders no longer hurt. I am able to tuck shirts and tops in and I’m buying a bathing suit for the first time in decades. Why did I wait so long to have this surgery?
The staff are just as amazing as Dr. Chang, very organized, kind and great communicators. Thank you to everyone at this amazing office ❤️

I had an awful experience with P. Chang. In 2020 He operated my ears and also asked him to remove the fat on my jawline. The results were worse than terrible. When I went to talk with him and explained to him how unhappy I was, he tried to walk out of the room. Then I asked him why he was leaving me there crying, he said: " What do you want me to do? and left.
Then I went to the front desk crying and one lady said she was going to talk with the manager about my case. After a lot of pain, suffering, and humiliation, he agreed to give me a credit of 2k to spend it in his spa. I would never recommend that doctor to my friends. It was horrible ?
