Great first experience. Keiko was extremely helpful with explaining insurance coverage and cost breakdown before my appointment so that there would be no surprises. All the staff are super friendly. And Dr. Chang was very thorough. He explained in detail everything he was doing, the tools he was using, and took pictures to share what he saw. I always had some fear around going to the dentist, but this place made me feel at ease. Highly recommend.

I was so worry for my teeth issues, and so scary whenever coming to dentist. My experiences in the past created my fear until I came to this place. Dr Chang is absolutely friendly, and gentle. I was comfortable and felt safe to have service in here. He tried his best to help, and figure out the plans for me perfectly. I wish I knew this place sooner.

I called Dr Chang's office for an emergency appointment. His staffs worked so hard getting me in the same day. When I got to the office and found out that what I had was Life Threatening. Dr Chang went out of his way to takecare of me by moving appointments to accommodate me. I can't thank them enough for what they did. This is my first time there and I will be going and it will not be my last. The staff are so sweet so as DR Chang. Thank you so much you saved my life today. Thank you is not enough but I appreciate you guys so much.

Dr Chang is very professional, kind and a great dentist. I am very happy as his patient. In addition, he was kind enough to make time and see my mother, who was visiting from out of town, with a dental emergency. I highly recommend Alameda Dental Center.

Friendly and efficient dental and support staff. I was apprehensive about changing to a new dentist when mine retired, but Dr. Chang is fantastic! I went for my normal cleaning which was quick and thorough. While I was there (by the way) I think I need a new night guard to protect me from grinding my teeth. Dr. Chang, using the new digital device or taking the measurements instead of the goopy tray, ordered a new one for me that day. I picked it up a couple of weeks later when my husband went for his cleaning and a filling. Dr. Zhang completed the customization for the night guard while my husband was having his appointment with Dr. Chang. Kelly, the ever effervescent Dental Assistant, kept the office moving right along with support for both Dr. Zhang and Dr. Chang. I can't imagine the transition without the continuity Kelly brings. Keiko, a fresh new face at the front desk, is friendly and welcoming and clearly explained billing and insurance procedures while setting up the next appointment. I also greatly appreciate all the COVID-safe procedures the office maintains.
