Last week, my husband received a reminder from this office for his 11:45am appointment. When he arrived at 11:25am, they said he was late for his 11:15am appointment and CHARGED HIM $75 of the CANCELATION FEE. After talking to the receptionist, he was mad and paid for the WRONGFUL FEE, all his remaining medical bills, & DIDN'T WANT TO RESCHEDULE THE NEW APPOINTMENT as she mentioned. He left with frustrating & confusing.
I called the office but they refuse to waive for him since his payment transaction was greater than 15 minutes. What? After their long conversation, of course, it would be greater than 15 minutes. I had a feeling this was racist & they wanted to get his $75 for being what they said is "late."
He was a new patient, only came 2 times for his treatment, today was part of the treatment.
*** Treating new patient like this is not recommended and of course, he won't come back, as well as all our families will never ever come to this office.
P.S. I told her we didn't receive any text reminder, & she said she didn't know, usually they sent out text confirmation too. Watch out when coming to this place, and watch out for your appointment. Don't trust over the phone reminder, because we got our problem today.

I needed a gum graft after delaying it for too long, and found Dr. Oh soon after moving to the state. This was my first major dental procedure and I was nervous. I was able to get in quickly for an appointment, and Dr. Oh and her staff were so helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the process. When I emailed non-urgent questions post-op, I got a response within 24 hours. She also recommended a local dentist for my routine cleanings which was a big help! It's always nerve racking choosing dental care providers (I've definitely been scammed before so am extra wary), and I felt so comfortable and safe with Dr. Oh and her team. I'm three months out from the procedure, and my gums look great, and I'm so glad I went with Dr. Oh! Highly recommend!

Dr. Connie Oh's credentials speak for themselves, however I am most enthusiastic regarding how she treated my father with great compassion during today's appointment. I am grateful for her comprehensive guidance as she patiently discussed the plan moving forward - she takes an integrative approach with attention to collaboration between generalist and other specialists. I am confident that we are in the hands of a highly-knowledgeable and caring provider with my highest level of recommendation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Oh's for over a year. I had to have gum surgery over 14 years ago and it was not a good experience so I avoided having additional surgery. Finally I really needed to have the surgery. My dentist Dr. Mitchell asked me to meet with Dr. Oh. My first impression was that she is the sweetest doctor ever. She made me feel so comfortable and didn't rush me into having the surgery. Her staff gave me information, checked my benefits and gave me a break down of the cost and what my insurance would cover. I have had 3 surgeries with her and they have all been painless. Dr. Oh and her assistant keep me entertained during the entire procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Oh and her entire staff is amazing!!!

I cannot be happy enough with the services of Dr. Oh and team at Alameda Periodontics. Dr. Oh and team are very detailed oriented and strive for perfection in their care. I also sense a high form of ethics with Dr. Oh and team. For instance, Dr. Oh quoted me one price to take care of my dental need. She later, after performing the treatment found that I didn't need as much care as previously stated. She went on to say that she would charge less than previously required. I can't say that many dentist value their relationship with their patients with a strong sense of ethics as Dr. Oh and team provides. I truly can say that I am very comfortable with Dr. Oh and team, and the fact that I don't have to worry whether my treatment will go well and that the cost is fairly calculated. I highly recommend Alameda Periodontics to anyone who want to focus on healing, while not worrying whether the treatment will go well and the related cost.

Out of $182.00. Just to see if I know how to brush my teeth & flossing correctly. Which I was recommend to her for my gum graft to be fix. By my Dentist. I'm still at Square 1 nothing got done. Lost of money

I love this office. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was referred by my dentist for some deep cleaning. The staff were patient with explaining everything to me in detail. Stephaine did everything to make me feel comfortable and relaxed and that made my cleaning that much easier. Dr. Oh discussed ALL of my options with me and allowed me to weigh my options before making any rash decisions. I love going to the dentist now after being nervous and not going for over 10 years.

Dr. Oh and her staff are really terrific. The service is very professional and gentle, and I always felt well cared for. I had an excellent result from my implant and grafts, and if I ever need periodontic care again, I will go back to this practice. I felt that the price that I was quoted was fair, and everything was explained well
