** Just saw the response, if there were too many patients who have the same problem like me, two rejections from their lab and make me visited 7 times in total. Then we know this practice is bad. Until now I still cannot bite with that tooth, Google to carefully assess their positive reviews.

Very Disappointing Experience

I went to this dentist to fix a filling that had fallen out of my tooth. After seven appointments, they finally completed the work they promised—but I walked out with a very sensitive tooth and a lot of pain.

At my first visit, I arrived expecting a consultation, but without asking me anything, they immediately took me for a full scan. Then they put me in a chair and began examining me. After 10 minutes, I had to stop the dentist and ask if they should first ask me why I was there. Only then did she ask, so I explained I needed the fallen filling replaced.

She told me that instead of a filling, it would be better to get a crown. She ran some tests and said I’d need three appointments to complete the procedure.

In the end, I had to come back six times, because during the first two attempts, they couldn’t get the measurement right. They kept blaming the lab, saying the lab had rejected it. I had to repeat the same process multiple times. Lots of painful grinding on my tooth.

Eventually, visit number 6th, they assigned a different dentist who said he was a specialist in crowns and promised everything would go smoothly. But after he took the measurement and put in the temporary crown, it fell off the very next day. I tried to contact the clinic, and although they promised to call back, they never did.

Overall, this was a painful experience I’ve ever had with a dental clinic. There was no communication. They don’t even tell me when the lab rejected the measurement. I only found out after the verification appointment and they asked to rebook another appointment. Every time I arrived, they just sat me down and started working without explaining what they were doing. No one told me why things kept going wrong—they only blamed the lab.

Now I’m writing this review with a painful tooth, still unsure what’s going to happen next.

I took my daughter in today for an emergency visit, i managed to get an appointment on the spot.

The team is fantastic, the doctor was gentle with my daughter and took the time to explain To both of us what needed to be done and how. They even distracted her as she was experiencing a bit of anxiety during the procedure.

Really fantastic, i highly recommend !

I had a root canal work done on my tooth and it went bad as the doctor left the piece of the instrument in the canal and didn’t even tell me! After two weeks they assigned another “doctor” Espuña to finish the work. Who didn’t even have qualifications as just finished the studies in 2024!!! During the treatment she typed on the keyboard in the same gloves she worked in the tooth! I left with a lot of pain which caused severe inflammation in a few days. Never came back to them and DONT RECOMMEND
