The dentist is good, the problem was with the persons taking the calls in their Call Center, on Monday July 20 my wife called to make an appointment and the person in the other side of the phone was so disrespectful, suddenly the phone call got disconnected and the lady did not call back, when my wife called back she started yelling at my wife and telling her that she was disrespectful by hanging the call: Lie! my wife was the person interested in having our son attended by the doctor, he was in pain. Then I talk to the lady and made the appointment and told her how disrespectful she was with my wife and she started screaming at me, then I received a call from her "manager" telling me she waa going to cancel my appointment. What kind of Customer Services representatives are these.

I was one of her 1st patients. I love Dr. finkleman. She is amazing. Sadly her staff changed and were so rude i never went back. I had always paid at the time of service and on a visit i had not paid for some reason. I moved gave my address then i became prgenant so i never made it back until after my son was born. When i made the appt i made sure they had the correct address. Giving it to them a 2nd time. I went in paid nothing was said. A third time i gave the address. Wrote it down for them. A couple of months later i got a bill from collections for 200. No idea what it was for the lady basically called me a liar. I was quit taken back. I had recommened her to at least 100 people over the years. 10 i knew for certain that had gone to her. Never got an explantion just a flifthy attitude like i robbed the place. Asked to make an appt to see her they refused. Asked to speak to her they refused. Offered to pay over the phone refused. I paid the bill to this day i have no idea what is was for and i never went back.

Our dental technician was rude and impatient with our children. She took no time to explain procedures and seemed bothered to work with children. They are children not adults and should be treated like such.
