We were told to try this restaurant by some friends. The food was well presented. I can not eat a lot of fried food, and I thought I was ordering a healthier option by choosing salmon with greenbeans. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed by the wait staff the greenbeans were tossed in the fryer as well as the potato shell that was post-filled with chopped potatoes, think hashbrown style, mixed with velveta cheese and topped with chopped bacon. The salmon was prepared on the griddle but also swimming in oil.

Fat carries flavor, but unfortunately, for me, way too much fat on this plate.

I also ordered a Brandy Old Fashioned, but they don't carry Brandy. They made a Boubon one instead. It was good, but very difficult to drink. The orange was so pulverized in the mudding process that every time I tried to take a sip, the pulp would get caught in the cocktail straw.

We also tried the Cod Fish Tacos as an appetizer. It was delicious.

This little restaurant is packed with big taste. Tried the calamari it was really good. The bater was just right and not heavy deep fries. Staff is friendly, and the menu accommodates for kids, too. I dine-in for dinner and received our food within minutes. The biggest surprise to me was the calamari appetizer. The bedding was kale. However, seasoning and oil make it taste like light chips. Couldn't eat just one.

We had the absolute BEST time tonight!! The food was to die for, we had the fried green tomatoes with jumbo shrimp appetizer (truly the best fried green tomatoes I’ve EVER had) and then I had the lobster manicotti special while my husband had the prime rib Philly cheesesteak! Honestly even more than the incredible food were the wonderful people, the chef/owner came out and hung out with us getting to know us since we had never been before, they really made us feel like family and we CANNOT wait to go back!!!

The food was good they have a great specials menu that changes regularly. The steamed clams we awesome although the pork belly in them was slightly overcooked for my liking. Service was good we had late comers to the table and she handled it well all in our party liked their dish don't get the lemonade it tastes like powdered pre mix. The atmosphere is a little on the loud side but it is a brick building and it is a bar as well all in all I will be back to try other dishes

This place is the hidden jem of Avon Park! I would recommend this place to any and everyone! The environment was astonishing, the costumer service was impeccable, and food was well worth the cost. The owner personally walks around and greets everyone, as well as tends to your every need and want. After coming here on a date, receiving the service I did, I clearly understood why there was a line out the door the whole time. I definitely plan on returning!

Very busy. Food was very good but took quite a while to come from the kitchen. Staff was busy but still provided relatively good service. This was a rare occasion that both of my children are their entire meals. They never do, so they definitely liked the food. I would recommend.

This restaurant is outstanding!! They always mail it! The food is amazing and flavourful with tons of choice; the pricing is reasonable; the atmosphere is unique, warm and fun. If you’re lucky, there will be live entertainment; and the staff are caring and thoughtful. There is a team atmosphere, even when they are slammed and the owner, David comes out often to tell everyone that they are appreciated! “BIG time in a small town!” Go early and hungry!
