Thank god I came across this gentleman when calling up tow trucks. The police had towed my car in a very “non-cultural” area. I wasn’t sure how to get it out and what I needed. He drove me to the police station and walked me in while guiding me on how to talk to them. He also made sure I knew what I should do and let me know what they’re allowed to do and ask since they weren’t trying to let me get my car out even with all the right paperwork & giving me the run around. This was top tier for me especially as a woman since we’re not always given information on things like that. Then when it came to towing he was very gentle with the car and his tow rates were great. He was very professional and even riding in the tow truck was a comfortable ride there and back. He’s answered every call when trying to see how far and where at so very accessible. This experience was a bad day turned into a great one! Couldn’t have asked for a better tow truck. Thank you!
