Not denying the fact that the ladies here are experienced but every time I went here it felt like they are doing me a favor by providing me their services even though I'm the one who's paying! I've always booked my appointments well in advance and this one time
my body hair growth was quite significant and I asked the lady to be gentle and slow as she was continuing to strip off the wax hurriedly and it was extremely painful and she replied back saying she doesn't have time and she is running late. Why do such people do business when they are skilled not to and why do they take appointments when they have to come back to the client and say 'they' are running late?

I've since found a new salon with genuinely friendly and empathetic staff. They prioritize patience and understanding, making me feel valued as a client.

In essence, their staff is rude, unfriendly and entitled! There are a lot of new and old options throughout Downtown Toronto with better infrastructure, decor, good quality wax and most importantly friendly staff so no need to waste your time here!

Esthetic Studio Two is the best. I'm a big fan of the private rooms. I have been a client for more years than I can remember and I have had every member of the team work on my feet and eyebrows over the years but in the the last few years it has been mostly Lana.
All the staff are very professional, the studio is always clean and the price is right.

Aesthetician did a terrific job on my Shellac manicure. Excellent and thorough cuticle work. Took the time to tackle my cuticles that were very grown in. I like coming here because its not fussy and gets the job done well. Highly recommend if looking for a no-nonsense place for aesthetician services.

I’ve been frequenting Esthetic Studio Two now for probably more than 15 years on and off since my university days and I’ve remained a customer since then. I’ve had services from brows, facials, waxing, and mani/pedi. I was/am happily satisfied with each service and won’t go anywhere else for my waxing. I will still travel there even though I am living outside of the city. I especially like the particular attention that is given towards cleanliness and sterilization. I often get my facials with Daniela, and I love that she is attentive to my skin and knows how to work on various skin tones, especially important with someone with darker skin. Both Daniela and Irena are friendly and personable without being too overwhelming – they want you to feel relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend booking a service at Esthetic Studio Two, you won’t be disappointed.
