If you want a nice peaceful life with a great manager, wonderful neighbors and an environment where you feel safe and everyone gets along. No Drama! Then come check out the park. Nice pool, nice laundry room and club house. Everyone is treated with respect by both manager & owner.

What a cute, clean and quiet park. The manager is just a sweetheart and so helpful, she makes you feel welcome. Love the new washers & dryers. The pool surprisingly is not warm in the summer. Would recommend and stay again for sure.

After 9am they unlock the Heated pool, yes, really. It was like going into bath water awesome! Work on tan. 25Mbit upload speed internet at the Lodge. Nice folks. Good place to stay. Almost no car traffic, safer to walk and jog in the mornings/evenings. Some mild, long slopes for running.

I have recently moved in to this lovely neighborhood, and I have been pleased from the very get go. When inquiring about this place I was treated with upmost respect and integrity from the park manager. After coming to the office for further paperwork we were greeted with a smile and sincerity. I am very pleased with the people in charge here as they never fail to understand/meet expectations. Furthermore, the park here is everything I need. Quite. Clean. Personable. I am so glad we decided to stay for a while, and can’t wait to meet more familiar faces in the neighborhood! My fur babies are loving it!!

Not very inviting, search elsewhere to reside. Our deposit was not given back to us. I'm sure it was used to pave the entrance. Don't accept to live in the hole. No hopes of repairing much less renovating the washers/dryers, privacy fence, roads or sewer system. No excuses on a hurricane went through there, after months only clearing up the trees. I see why some residents decided to leave and never return as I did. Best of luck.

We never left an unpaid bill with you, I could get those records from the electric company where they were paid. Our biggest mistake was paying you cash/with receipts. On some occasions to pay the electric. May God bless you even more.

My experience in this place day one Larry the head hoa guy followed me into town parked next to me and gave me the 3rd degree about things missing in the park...day two a resident in the main entrance was taking pictures of my face and license plate with a camera lens over a foot long. if you are new, management and residents will panic. showing up on golf carts to ask who and why you are here.this is not a one time occurrence this is how they opperate on the daily. you will be stalked and harassed for just showing up to visit . We took the golf cart to the dumpsters dropped off trash on my way back heard yelling stop stop you need to stop now you need to identify yourselves we need to know who you guys are the 3 ladies carried on we don't recognize you trying to force us into lodge to sign name address and phone numbers the problem lies here my friend literally is crippled metal in legs and ankle pins she tells them this and that she didn't bring a cain or walker on a golf cart they insisted she walk inside and sign in eventually she agreed to walk in and sign the book that they could've handed in the first place.The next day i called the office to complain i did not care for the response givin or lack of apology so I told them they are so backwards they don't belong around people in retaliation they contacted my brother to tell me if I was to walk in their office for any reason they are gonna call police

Stayed here for approximately 4 months for my husband’s job. We met some wonderful folks (some of which include the new management), and it was quiet and low-key. No frills, nothing fancy, and I really believe that the new mgmt will really improve the park if given the funds to do so by the owner.

I absolutely loved this park! We stayed here in our 40ft 5th wheel. We were denied by a lot of rv parks because of our age, I'm 25, but this place welcomed us with wide open arms!!! The manager was so nice and the other residents were so friendly&sweet! Best place we've stayed so far! Oh not too mention the park is very clean and beautiful!
