Contemporary private medicine hospital. The premises are modern, spacious, very clean, well mantained. The reception works very efficiently, and the staff speaks various languages. The prices for the specialists' visits are quite high, be ready 🫤 The only drawback to mention is paid parking for visitors. In some other clinics in Europe the parking costs is fully or partially compensated to the patients during their final payment

I have had several medical consultations at HCB Denia, both for myself and for my child, and I am extremely satisfied with the high standard of care provided. The medical team demonstrates professionalism, competence, and genuine dedication, ensuring that every visit is handled with clarity, empathy, and efficiency.

On several occasions, I had to bring my child to the emergency department, and I was very impressed with the rapid response and well‑organized process. We were attended to promptly, with an accurate diagnosis and effective treatment each time. This not only resolved the medical issue quickly but also gave us great confidence in the quality of care.

I’ve been going to HCB Denia Dentist since January 2025 to get three teeth filled. What started as a simple treatment turned into a long and painful nightmare.

Every time they did something, something else would break or get infected afterward. Instead of fixing the problem properly, they kept telling me to wait until the roots were dead so they could do a root canal. Meanwhile, I was left in pain for days.

After one of those root canal treatments, the tooth broke in two, and suddenly I also needed a crown — even though I originally came in for nothing more than a simple filling. When I mentioned that another filling didn’t feel right, they claimed they couldn’t find any issue… but in the end, that tooth also needed a root canal.

On top of that, they tapped on other teeth with a metal instrument, almost as if they were hoping something would break. And less than a week after another filling was done, it fell out again.

In short: poor quality, poor care, and a truly unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

Ow yes the relationship/people totally separate doesn't have anything to do with the expertise or products you work with.

Update on the fillet teeth, all 3 fillings are out again. so if you state that its difficult or other you work/ quality is good, that's a total lie. Again don't go here, its all about the money.

Tired of these idiots cancelling or moving appointments without telling you - quicker to get an appointment at the government hospital. Worst part is they really don’t care

We recently moved here and my husband went to see the Cardiologist as he has Afib. The facility is nice, but the consultation with the doctor was strange. She typed the entire time and didnt really spend time to understand everything we have been through with his heart. She immediately wanted to put him beta blockers, which we are not doing for reasons we did not have time to explain to her. She wanted us to drive to Moraria to the HCB hospital there to get labs when we can them done in town (a lab not associated with HHCB) Why couldn't we do them at the Denia HDB we were at? She wanted a sleep study and an Echo. She said someone would call to see up appts, but no one did. She was also was suppose to give us a prescription for Lisinopril, but didnt do that either. We felt extremely rushed especially for a new patient seeing a Cardiologist for the first time.

The whole experience was first class from beginning to End. Fast efficient thorough, caring explained everything in fine detail, spoke perfect English and didn't make me feel stupid that I dont speak good Spanish! Although expensive without insurance it was worth every penny! Thank you HCB your staff were all amazing.

Excellent large, modern, private health centre. Very responsive A&E department. Well equipped. Friendly, often bilingual, medical and admin staff. A large car park! They charge a few cents per hour for parking, but in Denia, not having to drive around in circles looking for a parking spot is gold!

Second time here with hcb and as last time it's was so quick and easy, had shoulder surgery and physio afterwards. Highly recommend. Better service than private healthcsre in ireland
