I'm so disappointed, after reading the reviews I thought this would be the ideal place to have my hair cut. I went in on the 29th May 2024 and spoke to the lady.. I told her I had not that long ago had chemo for breast cancer and I had lost my hair and I wasn't happy with how it was growing back ( Curly and wavy ) I said I was happy embracing the color that come through which was grey but could she help with a Hairstyle that I shown her on my phone. She said just grow it out and I said I didn't want to I would like a nicer look.... and she came back with be greatfull your still alive ? this was said to me twice during the conversation. Its not what I needed to hear to be honest.

My partner loves this place booked her in for an eyebrow wax shape and tint and her eyebrows before were really bushy and needed alot of work but the lady Carolina (I think that's how you spell her name sorry if it's not) was Absolutely lovely very chatty from the minute my partner came in very clean and cosy room and nothing was to much trouble for this lovely lady. Spent nearly an hour doing everything my partner wanted and pleased to say my partner loves her new eyebrows (she won't shut up about them ?).
So would highly recommend and my partner will definitely be returning in 3 weeks for a top up. Give this lady a try you won't be disappointed.

Love it here. The girls are really friendly and fun. I have my hands feet and hair done and always pleased. Have had top and bottom eyeliner tattooed and trusted Ida 100%. Would highly recommend.
