I’ve been coming to La Clinica Dental at Children’s Hospital from far away because the doctors are great, but unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. The receptionists are rude, unhelpful, and don’t seem to care at all about the clinic’s reputation or losing patients.

An hour ago today, I was 10 minutes late for my daughter’s appointment, and instead of being understanding, they told me I had to reschedule or wait for an hour. I explained to them that I came from far away and that my daughter even missed school today just to make it to this appointment. Despite all that, they showed no concern. I also told them I had to pick up my other kids, but they just didn’t care. Their lack of compassion and flexibility was so frustrating that I ended up canceling all of my kids’ appointments. To make things worse, they didn’t seem to mind at all.

All my sisters’ kids and friends also go to this clinic, but after my experience, we’re all considering leaving. It’s such a shame because the doctors are amazing, but they’re being overshadowed by the unprofessional and careless reception staff. If they don’t improve their customer service, they’re going to keep losing loyal patients like us.

Terrible employee with terrible customer service. The front desk ladies are always nice and helpful. As soon as you go to the back you meet very heartless people. They do a terrible work on cleaning teeth. They really don’t show any care to the children or parents. I have never had a customer service such as the one they provide. I would give zero stars.

Horrible experience here. My son’s teeth were not properly cared for after coming here for 2 years he is now afraid of the dentist. They accept medi-cal but are money hungry because they try to prolong treatment into several appointments to make you come back as many times as possible to get insurance money.

Horrible customer service.. I was referred to this place by my daughter's regular dentist. I spoke to a woman named Lisa. She immediately placed me on hold upon answering the call. 25 minutes later I was transferred to a voice-mail for new clients. I left a message and Noone has returned my call. I even asked for supervisor to call me. But now that I Google d this place and see the reviews it all makes sense. Unprofessional

I thought I would have a good experience. I called first thing Friday morning because my son had a cavity and was in pain. His primary dentist wanted him to see a pediatric dentist. I called and asked to set an appointment. They said there is only one person in the office who is capable of accepting new patients. That person was out (first they said until Tuesday, then they said noon). I asked if someone else could help me register or if I could do it online. Nope. They said the one and only person wasn't in during business hours and no one else could accept new patients. I asked if they could hold a Tuesday appointment because I needed to plan ahead and take the day off work. Nope. They basically are not accepting new patients. I had to go back to my dentist and get a different referral. It doesn't make sense that only one person has the knowledge to accept new patients and there is no back up or online option.
