I don't recommend anyone to do their invisalign here. To begin when I finished the invisalign sessions, it was really hard to eat food so I went back to get this issue fixed. However, every time I went back my teeth condition got worse. There is a gap between my top and bottom teeth, inhibiting comfort when I chew (this didn't happen until I got my invisalign). It is very noticeable. When I asked for it to be fixed, they demanded I pay them extra for mistakes they made. And when I confronted them they told me they explained to me about my preferences, but they never did and in addition to that, the doctor that I saw on my first day (who i thought would continue to work my case), I never saw again. There was no consistency and every time I confronted them, they denied my claims. Rather than helping me, they used my insurance as a way to tell me I had to pay more and if I couldn't get my insurance to cover it, I had to pay an extra $1500. Rather than, helping me solve this issue, their resorted to asking me to pay extra money for mistakes that they made. As a result, I just gave up and was not able to get my teeth fixed.

I have been a patient with this dental practice for over 10 years. I have never had an issue. Dr Randhawa is friendly and caring. The staff is always courteous and professional. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Sherry at the front desk is such a sweet and helpful person. Additionally, the new doctors who have joined the practice are equally as friendly and caring. They take the time to explain procedures, options, and care. If Dr. Randhawa is not available, I am comfortable with the other doctors. I do not live in Alameda but because of the care and attention that I receive at this office, I do not mind the drive to Alameda.

Amazing staff. Amazing work. Everyone is nice and the dentist and hygienist are very knowledgeable and efficient in their work. If I were to take 1 star off it would be for scheduling availability. I needed to wait 3 months for my first appointment and now the first available follow up appointment is in another 3 months. But I'll just plan ahead as it's worth the wait.

Really a bummer of an experience. Front desk staff is EXTREMELY difficult to deal with around both insurance issues and scheduling. Dental staff was abrupt and awkward, while also causing my 9-year-old pain, seemingly due to being rushed. And the dentist was polite, but extremely brief. It felt like we were just cogs in their moneymaking scheme.

I am new here. My cleaning is set up for a couple of months away. I broke a tooth called first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in same day to check it out and get a plan together. I have severe fear of the dentist from previous experiences. I will not have any issues here. Nothing but kindness, care, understanding and top notch service. I am very thankful to be a patient here. I highly recommend this office.

Dentist is good. However, the dental hygienist has a cold vibe and works very quickly, and the work didn’t feel thorough. My mom was going here and stopped after she felt similarly about the hygienist, and she also had a lot of pain (during) and after her cleaning and bleeding.
After my exam, they said I needed multiple fillings but couldn’t get me in for over 2 months. I didn’t feel like everything was explained well, and it seemed rushed with the dentist as well. That’s typical of most of my experiences here. They were however very kind to email me all of my X-rays. I was able to get an appointment at a new dentist, the Dental Touch on Piedmont Ave (in just 2 days), and they ended up doing most of my fillings at the same visit(!). They fit me in their schedule to finish the fillings and do a whitening session the following week. The level of detail, explanation (including a 3D image of all of my teeth on a large screen), kindness was beyond what I ever got at this clinic.
I would give Randhawa 3 stars and I will join my parents in not going back unfortunately.
