Excelente universidad

It is literally impossible to get in contact with someone. You will wait for hours trying to reach an advisor. Then when you get a call back they have someone else beside an advisor calling you. I called 8am sharp “all phone lines are busy”. Try doing virtual 8:59am sharp and it is at capacity. Try chat 9:59am sharp and they had someone who is not an advisor call me. I get a zoom and Janae Baker never showed up in the zoom meeting. This is stressful and all I’m trying to do is pay for my classes before the deadline. They give multiple ways to reach them but unless you go to the campus you will receive no help. I can’t reach the business office or an advisor. If you guys are going to give us this to reach out make sure there is someone accessible to help, I work the hours the office are open so having no one to help is a major inconvenience!! This school was 10x better before with communication and now they have gone down a rabbit hole.

I would love to be able to leave a review, unfortunately, my son was not able to get signed up because we had issues and we do not have hours each day to sit on hold waiting to speak to someone just to get him an atlas account. It is nearly impossible to speak to anyone to enroll. So far I am not impressed with this school at all.

The campus is always clean, I take a night class at this campus so I’m not sure how packed it gets throughout the day- but as far as taking Real Property Fundamentals to get my degree as a paralegal, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this campus and the location is right off the highway which is always a very nice quality to have as a campus. And I also like my professor!

I go to UCF full time, but I also take classes here part time. I've really enjoyed most classes I've taken with this college. The professors are usually very engaging and supportive. Since most the courses I've used were online, I can only speak about temporary parking I've utilized. It was free and right outside of the building I needed to take a test in. Taking tests here is a pretty simple process as well. They also seem to have food trucks outside here and there throughout the semester if you're interested in that.

The professors I've had, and the advisor, and counselor I have are all amazing. They've helped me in so many ways since I've been a student here.

I’m obsessed with Valencia. I’ve heard great things about it when I lived out of state, and it doesn’t disappoint! I’ve graduated years ago, but still take my cert classes and this campus just fills me with so much nostalgia. I love that they’ve also incorporated a study room for studying parents! And they give Tijuana Flats meals as well. Valencia will always have my heart.
